To send a virtual cyber card the recipient must have an e-mail address and a browser that is capable of displaying graphics. . In addition to selecting a picture, some sites offer features which allow design of custom cards - background, text, font, music, personal messages, etc. You will be asked to enter your name and URL (address) and the name and URL (address) of the recipient.
